A man from Ealing, London died in hospital after being ruled not fit for surgery as a result of a choking incident suffered whilst at home.
The West London Coroner’s Court heard Shajaat Husain, a retired window cleaner originally from Bangladesh, was given palliative care and died on New Year’s Day.

Coroner Lydia Brown said before he died “Mr Husain was living independently.
She concluded it was an “an accidental death”.
